When proceeding to check out below it will ask you for a purchase order number. Put any number there. You will receive an email where you can use your card to pay.

Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with Tracking numbers. Shipments placed before 2pm are most often mailed the same day Monday-Saturday. However, this is not guaranteed, please allow 24-48 hours for packages to be shipped.

SHIPPING

There will only be 1 Priority Mail option which will automatically be the cheapest available depending on your Postal Zone. Flat Rate Padded Envelopes and Small Boxes will be used for all customers with orders below 1.5 lbs. Orders above this threshold will see shipping pricing between $7 and $12.15. Customers in USPS Zones 1-5 relative to our location, Maryland,will be able to take advantage of weighted Priority boxes and enjoy the savings of a few dollars on shipping compared to Flat Rate shipping. For customers out West, it is cheaper to use Flat Rate boxes. Now the cheaper of the two is chosen for you instead of having two Priority options at different prices which can lead to confusion. No matter how your package is shipped (weighted or Flat Rate) the shipping speed for Priority Mail is identical and is 2-3 days in most circumstances and up to 9 days if any Postal Service delays occur.

RETURN PROCESS

All sales are final. If we make a mistake on your order we will do everything possible to correct it. If you are dissatisfied with any products please contact us. You may be asked to return a damaged item for a replacement. All return requests must be made within 14 days of order shipment. Rest assured any products returned opened or sealed will never be resold. We are unable to offer refunds for opened items. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note

  • Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Any products returned will never be resold.
  • All returned products must be unopened and in original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of the products being sold, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or modified.
  • Wrap the unopened package carefully. All online return products must be in original condition and packaging.
